Executive Assistant – On-Site | Austin, TX
An established and client-focused finance company in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the President and leadership team. With over 15 years in the equipment leasing space, this team is known for delivering thoughtful, people-centered financial solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across the country. Executive Assistant Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive base salary: $65,000–$75,000 (commensurate with experience)

Executive Assistant Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Provide administrative and executive support to the President and key leadership
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, acting as liaison with building management and vendors
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, team events, and internal gatherings
- Arrange travel, manage supply inventory, and maintain shared office spaces
- Oversee onboarding and interview logistics, including travel arrangements, workspace setup, and coordinating IT and training requirements
- Support marketing initiatives, trade show materials, and client-facing event logistics when needed
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role; financial services background preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required if experience is comparable
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
- Tech-savvy and fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and a resourceful, proactive mindset
