Personal Lines Sales Agent – Remote

Full-Time | Base + Commission | Full Benefits | 11am–8pm ET Shift

A fast-growing national insurance agency is hiring licensed Personal Lines Sales Agents for fully remote, inbound phone-based roles. No cold calling — you'll quote and bind policies from warm leads provided daily.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle 10–12 inbound sales calls daily
  • Quote and bind home, auto, and personal lines coverage
  • Hit policy count targets; follow up on open quotes
  • Cross-sell and bundle when possible

What You Need

  • Active P&C license (in your resident state)
  • 1–2+ years of insurance sales experience
  • Comfortable in a remote, high-volume environment
  • Must be available 11am–8pm ET
