We have a client in the Boston Area seeking to grow their Finance Team. The ideal candidate for the Sr. Credit Finance Associate will come with revelant experience and must be local to the Boston Metro Area.

This position will be Hybrid: Onsite 3 Days/Remote 2 Days Weekly.

Sr. Credit Finance Associate Responsibilities:

Preparation of all aspects of financial reporting, including:

  • Daily analysis of investment activity and performance reporting
  • Monthly capital reporting to investors as well as associated returns, positioning, and attribution analysis
  • Assist in preparation of monthly investor reports and quarterly investment letters.
  • Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements
  • Assist in preparation of taxable income and allocation workbooks for quarterly tax estimate and annual K-1 processes Intercompany reporting (e.g. Investor Relations, & Diligence

Sr. Credit Finance Associate Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in Public or Private Accounting with related experience (Audit or Tax Preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects with the highest attention to detail.
  •  Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • CPA or MBA preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting

Sr. Credit Finance Associate Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary 95k -110k (based on experience)
  • Medical, Dental, & Vision coverage
  • Bonus Eligibility up to 15%
  • Employee Profit Sharing Plan
