Restaurant General Manager Benefits/Compensation:

Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 3+ years as General Manager in fast-casual, guest-first restaurant concepts
- Proven ability to build and retain strong, engaged teams
- Strong financial skills: labor management, inventory, and P&L oversight
- People-first leadership style with high emotional intelligence
- Committed to operational excellence and a hospitality-driven culture
- Brings a humble, driven, guest-focused mindset to every shift
