Associate Attorney Opportunity in Alpharetta, GA – 3- 5 Years of Experience!
A dynamic firm in Alpharetta, GA, just north of Atlanta, invites candidates to join its premises liability and tort defense practice as an Associate Attorney. This role is designed for ambitious legal professionals who are passionate about litigation, excel in client service, and align with the firm’s commitment to excellence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Associate Attorney will manage litigation from inception to resolution, handling client and witness meetings, drafting motions and briefs, conducting depositions, attending hearings and mediations, and preparing for and participating in trials.
- They will represent Fortune 500 clients, delivering exceptional legal services in premises liability and tort defense.
- The role requires leveraging strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills to develop compelling case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Up to 5 years of litigation experience (e.g., post-JD work, clerkships, or equivalent); trial experience is a plus.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Georgia State Bar.
- Outstanding writing, research, oral advocacy, and organizational skills.
