City Engineer – Minnesota (Regional Hub)
A thriving regional hub in Minnesota is seeking an experienced City Engineer to lead essential infrastructure projects in a fast-growing, dynamic community just 90 minutes from Minneapolis-St. Paul. This is a unique opportunity to take on high-impact engineering work in a supportive, collaborative environment. The City Engineer will report to the Director of Public Works and oversee critical systems including municipal utilities, flood control, and airport operations.

City Engineer Requirements and Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and active Minnesota PE license (or ability to obtain)
- 8+ years of engineering/public works experience, including 4+ years in a supervisory role
- Manage infrastructure systems such as streets, utilities, water/wastewater, and flood control
- Lead a professional engineering team and work cross-departmentally
- Engage with stakeholders including residents, elected officials, and regional partners
