General Manager-Trains, coaches, and develops your entire restaurant team. Ensures optimal restaurant performance; overseeing facility, financial, and human resources activities to drive a successful operation.

Restaurant General Manager Job Responsibilities:

Providing guidance to Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Team Members
Performing daily opening, closing, operational, and administrative duties
Ensuring proper staffing in each area
Oversee and if necessary, assist with the hiring, training, and appropriate coaching and counseling of Team Members and Managers in Training
Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Working effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests, vendors, and corporate partners
Listening, communicating, and working to resolve guest concerns
Delivering timely results with minimal supervision
Maintaining regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts
Control costs and identifies measures to reduce waste
Meeting or exceeding set standards of financial performance

Restaurant General Manager Job Requirements:

Must be 21 years old or older
A minimum of 2+ years as a GM in the hospitality business, buffets, and contract food service is a plus!
Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Working knowledge of all staff functions
