Seeking a Business Development Associate to grow and increase projects in the energy & sustainability sector.

Qualifications:
- 2+years in business development or sales
- Proven success in sales and building relationships
- Knowledge/experience in sustainability, energy, or building is preferred
- Experienced in lead generation
- NYC experience a MUST
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with incoming leads
- Identify, generate, and prospect new leads
- Cold call prospective customers
- Learn about energy solutions, savings, and funding programs
Benefits:
- Salary $55-85K + commission (OTE around $100K)
