We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care at our premier luxury senior living community.

Our Director of Nursing Has:
- Bachelors in Nursing
- Licensed RN in FL and core trained with AHCA
- 5+ years of nursing experience in a health care setting; preferably in assisted living or home health.
- 2+ or more years with hiring and supervisory duties, required.
- Functional and regulatory expertise
Our Director of Nursing Will:
Our Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations within our community. You will lead a skilled team of healthcare professionals, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and implement best practices to enhance the quality of care our residents deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality nursing care for residents.
- Manage, train, and mentor nursing staff to foster professional development and excellence in care.
- Develop and maintain resident care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and prepare for inspections.
- Engage and communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding care and services.
- Implement nursing policies and procedures to improve care delivery.
- Participate in budget management and resource allocation for the nursing department.
