Senior Living Community Leasing Manager Benefits:

Senior Living Community Leasing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Must oversee the process from leasing, lease signing, move-in with residents
  • Use your knowledge of HUD regulations for screening eligibility and applications
  • The liaison with residents and management

Senior Living Community Leasing Manager Qualification/Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's in Business, real estate, property management or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of property management in senior living and or multifamily affordable housing
  • Familiar with property management tracking software
  • Knowledge of HUD, Fair Housing Laws and lease contracts
  • Well versed in contracts and leasing
