Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a full-service restaurant environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and delegation skills
- High energy, integrity, and a hands-on, accountable leadership style
- Committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience at all times
- Financial acumen with experience in achieving revenue and cost goals
- Proficiency in POS systems, Word, Excel, and email
- Empathetic, respectful, and team-oriented with a continuous learning mindset
