We are hiring a Director of Sales and Marketing to join one of Miami’s premier full-service hotels. This leadership role is key to driving revenue and shaping the sales strategy across all departments. If you’re a results-driven sales leader with deep knowledge of the Florida market and Hilton brand standards, this is your chance to make an impact at a standout property!

You'll be a great fit if …
- You have at least 5 years of sales operations experience in the Florida market
- You bring direct, on-site sales experience in a large single-location venue (10,000+ sq ft)
- You're well-versed in Hilton brand standards and expectations
- You have a strong track record of building and leading successful sales teams
- You're a strategic communicator who thrives in cross-departmental collaboration
