Our growing restaurant group is looking for an energetic, dynamic individual to fill our role for an Upscale Polished General Manager. This role is to provide support and training for multiple locations and eventually grow into a permanent multi-unit role. The menu is from scratch and features locally sourced meat, seafood, and produce. This candidate must be an expert at hiring and training staff, people development, managing inventory and controlling costs. 

General Manager Requirements 

  • Manage Inventory, P&L, and related systems.
  • Train, coach, and develop hourly team members, as well as managers.
  • Lead the team to execute and deliver a high quality product and impeccable service.

General Manager Qualifications 

  • 5+ years as a General Manager or Multi-Unit Operator
  • Solid tenure of 3 years+
  • Ability to build relationships with guests, staff, and vendors
  • Expert a P&L and daily administration, have a vision to move the organization forward 
  • Have a guest-first attitude and cultivate a team that has the same attitude
