Work Optimization Consultant – Remote
We seek an experienced Work Optimization Consultant to join our company. The right consultant will develop strategies for clients and increase business growth across the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fully remote role
- Competitive base salary: $130K – $150K + commission
- Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with workplace teams for large enterprise clients
- Assess and enhance workplace strategies for small to mid-sized businesses
- Integrate strategic insights into design processes
- Optimize budgets while maximizing workplace impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in workplace strategy or optimization
- Proficiency in workplace utilization data analysis
- Ability to align business objectives with space planning needs
- Established client portfolio to bring to the role
