Exciting Career Opportunity: Exec Chef

A popular Spanish restaurant, is opening a new location and is looking for a talented Executive Chef to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and innovate Spanish dishes.
Lead the kitchen team to ensure high food quality and service standards.
Manage inventory, food quality, and minimize waste.
Oversee kitchen staff, labor costs, and staffing levels.
Mentor and train team members for growth.
Build strong relationships with suppliers for fresh ingredients.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 4 years of experience as a Executive Chef.
Passion for Spanish cuisine and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
Strong leadership skills and a desire to grow into an Executive Chef role.
Spanish-speaking is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
