A dynamic start-up agency is looking for a motivated Producer to become part of their expanding team.
PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calls, attending events, and more.
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with business owners and trusted advisors.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations within the assigned territory or region.
- Provide quotes and issue new business policies.
PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience selling commercial and personal lines.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
PRODUCER COMPENSATION:
- Competitive salary plus commission.
