We are an established casual dining restaurant group committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for passionate and driven Front-of-House Managers to join our leadership team and play a key role in ensuring outstanding service, strong team performance, and smooth daily operations.

Position Summary:

As a FOH Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing guest service, team development, and operational excellence while upholding our brand’s high standards. You will be a hands-on leader, setting the tone for service, fostering a positive work culture, and driving guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor the FOH team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service.
  • Uphold company service standards while fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage guest relations, proactively addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Support daily operations, including floor management and ensuring service efficiency.
  • Work closely with the BOH team to maintain smooth coordination between front and back of house.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar, and entry areas.
  • Assist with financial oversight, including labor management and cost controls.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passionate, tough-minded, problem solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2+ years of experience as a FOH Manager in a casual dining environment.
  • A guest-first mentality with a passion for hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and develop teams.
  • Experience with POS systems, scheduling, and team management tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Benefits:

5-Day work weeks, with many on 4-day work weeks based on restaurant performance

  • Hourly rate boost for assistants – up to $2.50 per hour based on KPI achievement
  • Performance-based bonus paid every period (13 periods per year)

  • 1x Life Insurance Policy – Paid by the company
  • PTO:
  • 2 weeks per year to start
  • 3 weeks after 5 years
  • 4 weeks after 10 years
