Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for event planning? Join our team as a Senior Event Manager, where you will participate and help lead high-budget events and foster client relationships. Utilize your creativity and project management skills to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.

Program Event Specialist Responsibilities:

– Communicate directly with event stakeholders to maintain relationships and be a trusted advisor.

– Develop, manage, and execute communication plans for assigned events.

– Create and present overall budgets for events, maintaining cost-effectiveness.

– Organize programs to meet event specifications, including budgeting, site selection, and contract negotiations.

– Oversee event delivery strategies to align with business objectives and core values.

– Lead weekly calls with clients and event management teams to maintain event timelines.

Program Event Specialist Qualifications:

– Minimum of five years of senior event planning experience with increasing responsibility.

– Superb project management skills, initiative, and creativity.

– Strategic marketing and events leadership experience.

– Demonstrated success in managing high-budget events with multiple stakeholders.

– Ability to establish and nurture client relationships.

– Experienced senior advisor capable of gaining the trust of key stakeholders/clients.

  • Must be able to travel (20%-30%) and stay over during events
  • Occasional trips to Canada – possibly Europe and the Caribbean
  • Must be from the following states: CA, CT, FL, GA, MA, MI, NV, NJ, NY, PA, TX, TN
  • Must have agency experience
  • Not in restaurant, catering, or nonprofit work backgrounds
