The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key contributor to the finance and operations team, providing critical reporting, analytics, and planning support for investors and partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen to drive data-driven decision-making and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
  • Conduct monthly revenue analysis, including price/volume trends, same-store sales, and industry benchmarks.
  • Perform statistical, cost, and financial analyses to identify revenue trends and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Analyze and manage variable compensation programs at the hospital level.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify key variances and align budget and forecast expectations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
  • Lead financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning at both corporate and hospital levels.
  • Contribute to broader initiatives to enhance infrastructure and support growth strategies.
  • Execute ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft Power BI is required.
  • Familiarity with financial planning software; experience with Vena and NetSuite is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven professional with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize various financial systems and tools.
