We are a fast-paced, high-quality dining establishment dedicated to providing exceptional food and service. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Restaurant Bookkeeper to manage our financial operations, including inventory validation, pricing, payroll, and tip allocation.
Restaurant Bookkeeper Pay + Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience, up to $70K

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoices.
- Perform pricing and inventory validation to maintain cost control and profitability.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate tip allocation in compliance with labor laws.
- Reconcile bank statements and track daily restaurant sales.
- Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and expense tracking.
- Work closely with management to optimize financial processes and cost management.
Restaurant Bookkeeper Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper in the restaurant industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and general accounting principles.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and pricing strategies.
- Experience handling payroll and tip distribution.
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Restaurant Bookkeeper Qualifications:
- 3+ years working in a bookkeeper/accounting role in the restaurant industry.
- Knowledge of restaurant tax regulations and compliance.
- Experience with POS systems (Toast, Square) and restaurant management software.
- Degree or certification in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
