Vice President of Brand Strategy and Innovation Benefits/Compensation:
- Base salary range: $220,000–$240,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential

Vice President of Brand Strategy and Innovation Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 5+ years in brand/product development management within the contract food service sector
- Bachelor's in marketing, business or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven track record of developing and executing high-performing brands
- Lead creation of brand identity: messaging, visual/verbal tone, and positioning
- Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Procurement, HR, and IT
- Monitor brand equity, analyze KPIs, and manage brand budgets
- Inspire and guide internal teams to align with brand objectives
- Conduct market research to inform strategic branding decisions
