Associate Attorney Responsibilities and Qualifications That Matter:

  • Confidently take and defend depositions with skill
  • Draft and argue effective dispositive motions
  • Participate in hearings, mediations, and trials with poise
  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide insightful case law analysis
  • Prepare clear pleadings and correspondence
  • Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
  • Offer exceptional legal counsel to clients
  • Must be an active member of the Florida Bar, ready to excel in defense
