Associate Attorney Responsibilities and Qualifications That Matter:
- Confidently take and defend depositions with skill
- Draft and argue effective dispositive motions
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and trials with poise
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide insightful case law analysis
- Prepare clear pleadings and correspondence
- Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Offer exceptional legal counsel to clients
- Must be an active member of the Florida Bar, ready to excel in defense
