General Manager – Fast-Casual Restaurant | Cincinnati, OH

We’re seeking a self-motivated General Manager to lead a high-volume fast-casual restaurant in Cincinnati. This is a chance to join an emerging concept that’s already exceeding expectations and positioned for growth. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who builds strong teams, develops people, and delivers an outstanding guest experience.

We’re also open to strong Assistant Managers or AGMs who are ready for the next step—especially those with solid financial acumen and a humble, hungry, and smart mindset.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years as a GM, or strong AGM/Assistant Manager experience with leadership potential
  • Experience managing high-volume operations, including catering, third-party delivery, and drive-thru
  • Proven success in hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong financial skills: P&L, budgeting, and cost control
  • Collaborative mindset; comfortable partnering with leadership on strategic goals
  • Skilled in local marketing and community outreach
  • Passion for hospitality and great food
