Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 5 years as a Manager of a high-volume, fast-casual concept. Scratch kitchen and new store opening experience is preferred
- Guest satisfaction is your primary goal
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a large team and remain poised in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem solver
- ServSafe certification
