RELOCATION ON THE GULF COAST:

We are a vibrant coastal restaurant known for fresh seafood, a laid-back vibe, and exceptional guest experiences. Our lively dining space offers waterfront views, delicious cocktails, and bold, high-quality flavors. We're seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our dynamic kitchen team.

As Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and efficiency. You'll lead the kitchen team, manage inventory, control costs, and uphold service standards.

Key Responsibilities Kitchen Manager:

  • Hire, train, and schedule kitchen staff.
  • Oversee food prep and ensure quality.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
  • Enforce food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Develop seasonal menus with leadership.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications for Kitchen Manager:

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership with a focus on mentoring.
  • Knowledge of seafood prep, grilling, and casual coastal cuisine a plus.
  • Excellent organization and time management.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
