Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for luxury and an appetite for adventure? An extraordinary opportunity awaits with a prestigious global jewelry and diamond group seeking a Luxury US Sales Manager.
About the Role
As a Luxury US Sales Manager, you’ll represent some of the world’s most exquisite high-end jewelry and rare diamonds.
This role blends high-level sales with travel across the USA and internationally — from exclusive events to diamond mines in remote corners of the world. Expect to engage with elite clientele, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to expanding the US market for this global powerhouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and cultivate lasting client relationships
- Lead the sales process with confidence, driving revenue growth and exceeding expectations
- Deliver white-glove customer service through in-person meetings, virtual appointments, and at exhibitions
- Support daily operations within the Chicago office and assist with event preparation
- Embrace a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with frequent domestic and international travel (minimum 20 weeks annually, non-consecutive)

- Proven sales success, ideally within luxury jewelry, diamonds, or high-end industries
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
- Flexibility for extensive travel, including short-notice trips
