Restaurant Catering Manager Requirements:
- 1-2 years+ in a similar catering role or with equivalent catering experience
- Annual catering sales volume experience of $250,000+
- Stable tenure, no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
- High energy with a passion for hospitality
