- 5+ years in a multi-unit leadership position of 6+ location
- Extensive full-service experience in scratch kitchen concepts
- True mastery of operations, driving excellence and leading teams in multiple locations
- A coach mentality. Must be able to lead, mentor and develop your people
- Background of success in scaling operations
