Commercial Real Estate Company in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. This position will ideally be suitable for a candidate with strong skills in Accounting, Auditing, and Analytics. If you have previous experience in performing Financial Analysis, reviewing Financial Statements for Commercial Properties we would need you on our growing TEAM!

Commercial Real Estate Senior Financial Analyst Job Responsibilities:

  • Review Financial Statements while analyzing trends to make Financial Projections
  • Auditing CAM tax reconciliations in comparison to lease requirements to confirm and correct discrepancies
  • Prepare a schedule of vendor services with terms and payment history
  • Outline capital expenditure variances annually with year over year reporting
  • Track Accounts Receivable Aging for bad debt expenses and reduce daily sales outstanding. (DSO)
  • Produce Financial Trends based on rent percentage, CAM, and tax recoveries.

Commercial Real Estate Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting is required
  • CPA is required, CFA is a plus!
  • A minimum of 2 years previous audit experience is strongly preferred
  • Tech savvy with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
