Growing jewelry store in the Indianapolis community, IN is seeking to make additions to the team. We are seeking the best, most passionate, and ambitious Retail General Manager to join our local family-owned jewelry store.

Retail Store Manager Qualifications:

  • Ability to live and work in Indianapolis, Indiana
  • Retail management: 5 years (Required) 
  • Flexible in schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business needs 
  • Professional attire and attitude
  • Working knowledge of diamonds, jewelry, the jewelry business, and some insight into the local market

Retail Store Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive team to exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Develop and implement sales plans and targeted marketing campaigns
  • Motivate and coach the sales team to maximize performance and create a client-centric culture
  • Ensure a welcoming environment that enhances customer experience
  • Address in-store client issues and resolve problems
  • Oversee team scheduling, including time-off requests and daily shifts
  • Perform opening/closing procedures and assist customers in-store and over the phone
  • Manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize losses

Retail Store Manager Compensation:

  • Base Salary = 85-100K + bonus potential (Projected 60K-75K)
