Restaurant Manager Perks:

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Must have recent General Manager experience in a high-volume, systems-oriented, upscale-casual restaurant
- Significant career progression with solid work tenure
- Solid and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, leads by example, and upholds restaurant standards
- Inventory and ordering are required – previous experience is necessary
- Experience with high-volume carryout is a HUGE plus
