THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN GREENSBORO, GA

We seek a Civil Engineer PE, Water/Wastewater, to join our team and contribute to the design and development of critical infrastructure projects. This role involves planning, designing, and overseeing water and wastewater treatment, distribution, and collection systems while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to apply technical expertise to innovative and sustainable solutions. This position offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance community water systems and environmental quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare study-level reports for water and wastewater treatment, distribution, and collection systems.
• Develop plans and specifications for water and wastewater treatment and distribution/collection system projects.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals with agencies such as the EPA, EPD, Army Corps of Engineers, and Soil & Erosion Control Permitting.
• Apply industry best practices and standards in water, wastewater, and site development projects.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in hydraulic modeling for water systems and hydrology studies
• EIT Certification (Engineer-in-Training).
• PE licensure or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with AutoCAD and ArcGIS (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
