An established and growing investment firm is looking for an Administrative Support Professional to join their team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is essential for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules and travel, and providing critical support to the firm’s partners and team members.

The ideal candidate Administrative Support Professional has 3-5 years of relevant experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Administrative Support Professional Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives and family members, oversee calendars and schedules across multiple locations and time zones, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Manage office operations, including supplies, inventory, mail handling, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist with financial tasks & HR functions to include billing, onboarding, and record keeping tasks.

Administrative Support Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree & 3-5 years of administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs) and quick adaptability to new technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
