A new start-up agency is looking for a Producer to join their growing firm.
PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Network with potential clients via networking, cold calling, attending events, etc.
- Schedule outside meetings with business owners and trusted advisors
- Conduct compelling sales presentations within assigned territory/region
- Quote and issue new business
PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years experience selling commercial/personal lines
- Active P&C license
PRODUCER COMPENSATION:
- Salary + commission
- Health insurance
- Flexible PTO
