Chief Nursing Officer Responsibilities:
- Enhance quality and safety employing evidenced-based decision-making, P & P
- Lead, inspire, coach and mentor nursing team
- Advance patient-centered care and enhance collaboration
Chief Nursing Officer Requirements:
- Registered Nursing License in the state of Virginia
- BSN in Nursing, Masters preferred
- 5+ years experience in a nursing leadership role in a hospital environment
Chief Nursing Officer Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ($160,000 – 195,000+ DOE)
- Comprehensive benefits plan
- $10,000 relocation assistance available with 2-year commitment
