Suzie has a long history in the service industry in restaurants and hotels, working with large brands and smaller concepts. Her experience is mostly in upscale and fine dining with a concentration on bar operations and special events.
While searching for a new role in event sales after the pandemic, Suzie decided to look into using a recruiter to help her conduct her search. From there, she asked more and more questions about the recruiting role and decided instead to explore that. Suzie often says that her only regret in this role is that she didn’t start it ten years earlier! She is very passionate about helping others find their next big step.
