Charles Frede joined Goodwin Recruiting in March 2021. His vast career has given him a diverse employment history in many positions and a wide range of training, experience, and knowledge. This has allowed him to develop a success within Goodwin Recruiting that has expanded outside of hospitality into construction and industrial manufacturing.
Charles’ passion for excellence and high standards has always driven his career, from AAA Diamond-rated hotels to developing and constructing brands across the Midwest.
He proudly supports the Wounded Warrior Project, The Boys & Girls Club, and The Burnt Chef Project. When Charles is away from the office, you can catch him mountain biking, hiking, camping, kayaking, or spending time with his wife and three dogs.
Charles is available most nights outside regular business hours and accepts appointments on weekends as needed.
