His background spans purchasing, marketing, sales, product promotion, and successful new product introductions, coupled with extensive experience in vendor development and franchise restaurant growth at a national level. He has a deep understanding of the three-tier distribution network for beer, wine, and liquor, as well as hands-on experience in culinary arts, restaurant management, food quality control, and industry best practices. He has in-depth knowledge of compliance with state regulations and legal standards, and has coordinated high-profile catering events for VIP corporate clients.
