Our client is an established, Texas based company and expanding due to increasing customer demand. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to travel and ensure multiple projects are working as planned for budget and timeline, mainly focused on Concrete and Paving.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Build and oversee a detailed project schedule throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate all technical aspects of projects, including selection of suppliers and equipment
- Drive the project financials through completion to advance the projects' financial position through proactive continuous improvement processes
- Ensure all quality, technical and contractual content is exceeding expectations
- Resolve punch list items and close out projects for timely delivery to customers
- Present and working project sites with a Road Warrior mentality
- Support company-wide initiatives, including quality improvement projects to maintain best-in-class service
- Monday-Friday availability, with weekends available as needed based on projects
Senior Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience with Concrete/Paving mandatory.
- Project Management experience and highly proficient with best practices of project management
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Computer literacy for utilization of work specific applications
- Clean driving record and must pass pre-employment drug screening
