Award-winning BOUTIQUE New Jersey Law Firm is seeking an associate-level attorney with at least 3-7 years of litigation experience in Labor and Employment Law specifically. Applicants must have excellent research, analytical, writing, and client communication skills and a strong academic background. Our plaintiff-side employment law firm routinely wins recognitions, including: Top 100 Attorneys being rated by Super Lawyers and appearing in lists like the Top 100 Attorneys in NJ and Top 500 Leading Plaintiff Employment and Defense Work Rights Lawyers in the nation by Law Dragon.
- 120,000 K- 200,000 K Base plus bonus and potential Partner Growth depending on experience
- No billable hours minimum: Results-oriented Firm
Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- Have a commitment to the law, employment rights, and making a difference with people
- Experience with employment-related disputes through negotiated settlements and litigating when necessary.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with standard business-related software, including LexisNexis and Westlaw (required)
- Completion of all the academic and compliance requirements to be a practicing attorney in New Jersey and New York
