Our team is looking for a Brewmaster to elevate our beer program, improve quality, and expand our footprint across Texas and beyond. Brewmaster Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years brewing leadership experience
  • Recognized and respected within the craft beer community
  • Experience with beer distribution in Texas or the U.S.
  • Deep understanding of brewing operations
  • Strong vendor, distributor, and community relationships
  • Brewing certification preferred (Siebel, UC Davis, etc.) but not required

Brewmaster Responsibilities

  • Lead brewing operations from concept to finished product
  • Improve beer quality, consistency, and production efficiency
  • Collaborate with chefs and management on beer/food pairings and menus
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and equipment maintenance
  • Support expansion into new distribution channels
