Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Executive to fuel our growth in key commercial markets. If you’re a passionate sales professional skilled in building relationships, strategic prospecting, and driving revenue, this opportunity is for you. You’ll play a vital role in uncovering new business opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and achieving aggressive growth goals.

- Competitive base salary ($75K–$85K) plus commission-based incentives.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan to grow market share within the commercial property sector.
- Identify, connect with, and secure new clients through proactive networking and outreach.
- Deliver customized presentations and proposals to potential partners.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships to drive ongoing business success.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to boost brand awareness.
- A proven history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
