A trusted and respected family owned jewelry store is searching for an experienced Retail General Manager who is polished and professional, as well as passionate about their customers.
Retail General Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities
- 5+ Years of experience in Retail Management (Required)
- Strong knowledge of diamonds and jewelry as well as the jewelry business
- Polished and professional dress and attitude
- Ability to live in or relocate to Indianapolis, Indiana
- Motivate and coach sales team
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
Retail General Manager Compensation and Benefits
- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- Base Salary of 85-100K
