Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities + Requirements:
- 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficient with handling multiple revenue streams simultaneously – walk-in, pick-up, delivery and catering orders
- A results-driven operator with a track record of achieving financial targets and growing sales
- Tech-savvy operator well-versed in restaurant technology (scheduling software, POS, 3rd party platforms)
- Equally comfortable working in the kitchen as on the floor, engaging with guests
- Expertise in staff development, including coaching, training, and leading teams, as well as recruiting and hiring
