RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER BENEFITS:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Responsible for leading and training and hiring your FOH team, approve scheduling and payroll
  • Responsible for day to day operations of FOH
  • Responsible for giving guess a great dining experience
  • Responsible for P&L

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • 2 Years of GM experience in a fine dining full service restaurant with a total of 6 years in fine dining
  • Hospitality degree a big plus!
  • Solid team building and leadership expertise
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Must have managed at least $10M in sales
  • Experience with management systems (i.e. 7Shifts, Margin Edge) and MS Office
