We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. We are focused on high-quality ingredients and a strong beverage program. Our ideal candidate has risen through the ranks in upscale hotels or fine-dining restaurants and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Food and Beverage Manager Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of leadership overseeing and training a restaurant front of house team 
  • Exposure to sales volumes of $4 million per year
  • History of excellence in guest service
  • Very strong wine and beverage knowledge and experience
  • Must have experience in upscale or fine-dining restaurants
