General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Owns the execution of daily operations, maintaining absolute focus on hospitality, food quality, and service standards
  • Demands and delivers financial excellence, operational safety, and a spotless, guest-ready environment
  • Commands strong, consistent communication throughout the team
  • Leads with an uncompromising passion for top-tier hospitality
  • Stays fully engaged on the floor, coaching and holding the team accountable during every service

General Manager Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates loyalty and commitment — no more than four employers over the last 10 years
  • 5+ years of proven success as a General Manager in a full-service, upscale restaurant environment
  • Expert in financial operations — confident in managing P&Ls, inventory, ordering, and driving profitability
  • Recruits, trains, and retains hospitality-driven team members who deliver results
