An independent finance company based in Austin, Texas, specializing in providing commercial equipment leases to small and medium-sized businesses nationwide is seeking a Contract Manager to join its team. The Contract Manager is responsible for managing the contract process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role involves entering and maintaining data, preparing closing documents, and handling post-booking tasks such as titling, UCC filings, and contract audits.

Contract Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal teams, customers, brokers, and vendors to ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Prepare and send closing document packages.
  • Review executed contracts for accuracy and compliance.
  • Book contracts and verify vendor contract management services.
  • Oversee UCC filings, terminations, and titling processes.
  • Ensure excellent customer service in post-booking contract management.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Contract Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in equipment finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems; DocuSign experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
