We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the Fort Smith area. This is a fully on-site role—remote or hybrid work is not available. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in food manufacturing and a solid understanding of HAACP plans. This position focuses on managing operational improvement projects and driving efficiency across production teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and coordinate key projects across the production floor
  • Work cross-functionally to implement process improvements and track project success
  • Communicate clearly with all levels of the organization—from frontline to executive leadership
  • Use Auto-CAD or similar drafting software to support production and layout planning
  • Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate project execution

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of HAACP plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Proficiency in Auto-CAD, SolidWorks, or similar drafting software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience working directly on the plant floor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
