We’re looking for an innovative and experienced Architect for Learning Environments to help reimagine the spaces where learning happens. This role focuses on the design of dynamic, inclusive, and sustainable environments that support education at every level—from early childhood centers to higher education campuses. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 7 years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio in educational facility design 
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard design tools 
  • Solid understanding of building systems, codes, and regulatory requirements 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through construction 
  • Professional degree in Architecture required; licensure preferred but not required 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the design and documentation of architectural solutions that align with client goals, budgets, and project timelines 
  • Conduct site assessments, programming, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions 
  • Research building codes, materials, and systems to ensure compliance and innovation 
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and permitting agencies throughout all project phases 
  • Oversee construction documentation and respond to contractor and client questions during implementation 
  • Integrate sustainable and equitable design principles into every phase of the project
